In 2021 a vegan restaurant was founded on the Boulevard Royal (called "Snack in Joy" back then), to show the world that you don’t need to give up everything you know and love when becoming vegan. You’ll find traditional dishes of Luxembourg and its neighboring countries: Luxembourgish Bouchée à la Reine, German Currywurst, Belgian meatballs and a lot more. The most important part to them is to preserve the original taste of the dishes even in the vegan version. They want to educate the people on the benefits of veganism for oneself and for the planet.
